TL;DR

• The board decided that they did not have enough information to vote on the security camera proposal. The results of the survey were confusing but they hope to have enough info at the next meeting.

  • 91 people from the 220 households responded to the survey
    
    • The majority of people responded that yes they wanted the HOA to improve safety at a neighborhood level but only if it didn't increase dues
    • The majority of people responded that the cost of the plan was reasonable
    • The two other questions were open ended and have not been reviewed yet
    • They want to take the time to review the results properly
  • For any issues with the fence by the highway, residents should submit a ticket with MDOT, take pictures of the issue, and submit with a screenshot of the location on a map

  • Still looking for a townhouse owner to join the committee
    
    • The ARC will function with 4 members for the time being
    • Applications may be delayed as a result

    • Trampolines are not permitted per the guidelines
    • The trampoline guideline will not be enforced
      
      • What's the determination for which guidelines are enforced and which ones aren't?
    • Invited residents to submit updated language for new trampoline guidelines

    • The question was asked 'I thought someone already created a website' and they inquired about reaching out to the people who created it. Vinny responded that the website the resident was talking about was privately owned and the HOA would be creating their own.
