Meetings are held virtually.
- Community members are concerned about people speeding in the neighborhood
- The county did an assessment and in general most people were following the posted limits
- The mailboxes are starting to look weathered
- The HOA will be looking into options for updating them
- Hopefully this includes paths to the street instead of continuously seeding grass that gets trampled
- No comments on the vinyl numbers on the package mailboxes replacing the hand drawn sharpie
- Discussion about putting in a permanent volley ball court
- Hopefully this amenity would be shared across all community members that would like to use them
- Discussion of a recommendation committee to recommend people for board positions
- I'm curious how this helps with the perception that the board is an echo chamber. Would this invite more people to participate?
- I wonder when the meeting minutes post October 2023 and the updated redline amendment changes will go up in the management portal
- When we emailed the board about not following the amendment process we were told there isn't an official process...
- We were also told that the guidelines are just "guides" not a "governance document" ... which feels very different than what we've heard in the past
