Meetings are held virtually.
With only 6 people in attendance, quorum was not met at the first meeting so a secondary meeting was held. The second meeting meeting had 10 people in attendance, including the current board members.
No one had submitted names for the two open seats before the call but Vinny and Kelly nominated themselves. Although Kira was originally not going to run for re-election, she said that she had reconsidered.
Vinny and Kira won the open seats with 13 and 14 votes respectively.
