Meetings are held virtually.
With 17 people in attendance, quorum was not met at the first meeting. The secondary meeting was rescheduled because it fell on a religious holiday.
The board went over a few items at the first meeting:
- The ARC is seeking a single family homeowner to join after Rich resigned
- Dumpsters will be available in October to community members looking to do some fall cleaning
- They're looking at getting information from a traffic study that the county did independently
- Two of the dry ponds in the community needed to be remediated to meet county guidelines
- The sprinklers on some of the common areas were running at inappropriate times, that too has been fixed
- They shared a budget; dues are planned to go up because of increased expenses
Kelly nominated herself for one of the two open seats; Kira and Sarah are not seeking reelection. Kelly and Nilay were selected for the two open board positions. lfg!
