Meetings are still being held virtually.
Quorum was not reached at the previous meeting. For the secondary meeting, 39 people attended from the 220 households but the quorum requirement had already been waived per the guidelines.
Community topics had been covered in the September meeting leaving only the vote for the 3 board seats for this meeting's agenda. There was no open Q&A as there had been at the last board election.
Delwin H, Keyur P, Kira C, and Steve C ran for the open seats with Delwin, Kira, and Steve being voted onto the board for the next 3 years. Rich suggested that the newly elected board members resign in waves so that there are only ever two open board seats to be voted on.
There was mention of a community Halloween Festival on October 31st with more details to come.
