Happening December 7th and 8th
HPS Management and the HOA will be conducting inspections of everyone's homes on December 7th and 8th. Although there was communication last year about such inspections, they never actually happened.
Given a board member's aggressive response to a request for neighborly kindness when dealing with violations and the board's unanimous vote for fines that include cease and desist letters, it seems like this board may be more aligned with a 'law and order' methodology. So it may be likely that we will be seeing violation letters flooding in soon.
